This is insanely bad for anyone doing game development. Who the hell knows what Gaming Copilot is doing with your screen captures, but it almost certainly isn't compliant with your NDA.
If you're using Windows 11, Microsoft is now surveilling you in a new way. This may already be turned on on your computer, and you would not be notified; it activates whenever they detect you are in a "game", which in my experience Microsoft often false-positives on

I'm being so real right now, learn how to engage in media as art and not a reflection of your own real life morals. consume things that make you uncomfortable and understand why it makes you uncomfortable. Don't just base yours and others morals standings on the media you consume.

The person capturing footage for your game's trailer is much less likely to notice them!
When an asset is NEON HOT PINK or incredibly rough, that makes it crystal clear I should avoid or capture around it.

I’m not sure… but now I actually want to possibly include something like that in a game at some point!
Maybe not as a complete stop to some action if you’re looking at it, but making it run faster if you aren’t. Creating a viable speedrun strategy out of just always looking at the ground…

I don't get how people don't realize that a technology that replaces junior and entry level positions in a field destroys that field.
There's no skipping steps. You have to be a junior before you can be a senior, and if you don't have senior people, you don't have a field.
