Fui jogar um ARAM Mayhem enquanto tomava café. Saí de Mel com Wooglet e Magic Missile, tava ótimo... aí o jogo fechou e não quis abrir de jeito nenhum por umas 3 reinicializações por causa do Vanguard obrigado Riot por ser completamente incompetente.

And here comes the mandatory caveat: It's not a high salary, it's very competitive, it needs more funding and it's by no means a perfect system. But it's the reason why I've been able to write full time the past 10 years or so.

I regularly see people wondering how it's possible that there are so many musicians and writers and film makers and artists from a tiny nation like Iceland.
And the answer is really simple: State funding for art education and artists. I literally get a salary from the government to write books.

.hack//SIGN is so fucking special and a very good chunk of it is that the "trapped in an MMO world and percieving it as physical in a way that the rest of the cast does not" is not framed as empowering or fantastical, but as an immediate and troubling sign of dissociation
