The reality for the other students is that they are no longer enrolled in a psychology class. It is a Psychology plus My Personal Christian Beliefs class.

Every class at OU is now a My Personal Christian Beliefs class.

Every time any student raises such beliefs, instructors have to accept them.

for privacy 404 media is blurring videos shared to the story but there was a clip we had of a flock condor camera following a man so closely we could see exactly what he was looking at on his phone

a must read scoop:

Maria has been accused over the years of fabricating her story that she had gone to the FBI. After finding the document in the trove, I called her. She broke down in tears.

“I’ve waited 30 years. I can’t believe it. They can’t call me a liar anymore.”

this is a good reminder of how things that are shitty but have been accepted as normal and inevitable can actually turn out to be abnormal and evitable with some science, time, education and political will

BREAKING: The Democratic National Committee will NOT release its long-awaited autopsy on Trump's 2024 win. The report is completed but Dem leaders decided it could distract from their winning streak, so it will remain secret. Not good.

Last night we had our 6-hour streamathon and it was a huge success!

We raised more than $25,000 while talking about politics, playing video games, making dolmas, and putting my cat in a little Santa hat.

Politicians can fund campaigns without calling rich people. They just have to want to do it.

To me the key lesson here is that an 09 and 21 voters gave us the chance to restore our democracy. Instead, we got the ACA and the fiscal stimulus/climate infrastructure under Biden. Both worthy outcomes, but not addressing the root problem that precludes more good outcomes and enables corruption.

This is bravery and an indication that the GOP is starting to see the writing on the wall: Trump is not all powerful, won’t be around forever, and they’ve got to plan beyond him.
Indiana’s Senate has voted AGAINST the GOP gerrymander that’d have locked in a 9-0 map.

This keeps the 7-2 map in place, saving two Democratic seats heading into 2026.

The vote failed big, 19/31.

The MAJORITY of the GOP senators opposed it!

2026 is gonna be a VERY favorable electorate for Kansas Democrats.
2026 is going to be a great year to run for office. It’s not too late in most places! runforwhat.net

Maybe instead of committing atrocities, we could just make the rich pay their fair share and have universal healthcare and affordable housing instead.

Idk, just spitballing here.
