I mean.. when you think about it, Darwinism captures the American ethos in nearly ALL things...

Capitalism being the most obvious...

But... healthcare...
AND it's baked right in to the racism ...

Our politics on the right is best described as "might makes right"

Am I missing anything?

So.. we just had Veteran's day... But it's clear that tRump's heart wasn't in it... and in that spirit of catching the TRUE vibe of our country and our ruling party... I suggest we need a new holiday! One that captures the true spirit of American Exceptionalism!

I suggest "Charles Darwin Day" !

This guy gets it:
“More and more cabinet members — Rubio, Miller, Noem — live on military bases now, & it's another parallel to Iraq, where the administration lived in the Green Zone. There’s something deeply unhealthy about a society where leaders are literally shut off from the communities that they govern.”
Don Moynihan on "Purge, Merge, and Surge"
"Instead of surging in Iraq, it’s happening here in American cities."

Am I weird that the more famous someone is, the _less_ I care to engage?

Literally the more people I know tell me "You've GOT to watch/read/follow/meet xyz" the less I care to.

... and I've always been this way. 😐

Probably relates to my lack of interest to compete in anything.

My friends... I present to you what I believe is the REAL reason that the Dems found a way to sell out the American people....

... Let us all shed a collective tear.... The Billionaires might have to take a private train! 😥

I know I have agreed to let the Baby Eating Party eat your babies, but they have promised to possibly consider discussing not eating babies in the future so this is a win for us all.

If you put some isopropyl alcohol in a clean glass bottle, swish it around, then light it, you get a beautiful whoosh. Here's what it looks like at 2,400fps! The oscillation is from the rapid expand/expel/intake cycles of air to allow the proper ratio for the burn to continue. #highspeed #phantom

Here's another isopropyl alcohol burn, but at 1000fps and in a much taller bottle. The oscillation still occurs in the upper portion of the bottle but once it reaches the middle there isn't enough air exchange for the rapid burn and it slows to a crawl with distinct texture. #highspeed #phantom

If you’re mad, blame those people and yell at them.

If you’re just yelling at “the democrats” you are the problem.
These are the Democrats who voted yes:

Dick Durbin
John Fetterman
Maggie Hassan
Tim Kaine
Catherine Cortez Masto
Jacky Rosen
Jeanne Shaheen

Yeah it sucks, but keep in mind that's only about 16% of Senate Democrats. Most sided with Chuck Schumer and voted against it.

I don't make many personal posts, and this year, because of the business, I've been especially self absorbed.

But to my friends who I've lost touch with and haven't spoken to in ages, know that I do think of you in those peaceful moments as I'm laying in bed either at the start or end of the day..

Increasingly I look upon a calendar as on does upon a clock while seated in a school room. 😞

I find it interesting how people are increasingly irritated by anything than the most simple of sentence structures.

Sometimes there is nuance to be found in how something is written. This is especially so in the use of commas to set apart something that modifies a sentence.

Headline: " Listeria outbreak in pasta meals linked to six deaths across 18 US states"

🤔🤔🤔

Is that like out of a Monty Python sketch?
...
orlike ... Maybe they were some fraction of dead when they were traveling across multiple state lines?? 🤔

I absolutely love the "Minimap" navigation view in VScode ..

I add character graphics large font banners above my functions so I can read the text in the Minimap view.

Moving about the code is so much faster. 😊

Wow ... tRump fighting so hard to NOT feed the people of this country...

Could it ever be so clear it's all in the hopes of creating civil unrest so he can use the military?

He and those in his regime are cruel as f*k.
This country needs a ✞rump enema.

Follow up to my earlier post.
Here are the lyrics of how the song starts:

Look into my secret heart
past the ships that never sailed
past the dreams that had to fail
pass into a river of tears
I've lost something dear
I've lost something dear

There is a song I got from a fur many a year ago " I've Lost Something Dear "

I have never been able to find out anything about this song.

It must have been an independent artist who produced it.

( Unfortunately I have long ago lost contact with the fur who back then went by Afterfox. )
