I will forever be mad at Larian for creating the ability Radiant Retort, and then giving it specifically to creatures that you would use radiant damage against.
Baldur's Gate 3 is a hugely impressive game with incredible player choice, voice acting and narrative depth.
But it does feel like playing DnD with the world's most petty DM.
Player: I cross the chasm as a raven.
GM: A previously unseen beholder instantly kills you. Roll a new character.
