People are right to be incensed, but there are more names to uplift. ICE killed an immigrant man named Silverio Villegas González in Chicagoland. He had children. Victor Manuel Diaz was kidnapped in Minneapolis and died in ICE custody on January 14. Their names deserve to be repeated, too.

Class sponteneity goes hand in hand with people preparing, freely skill-sharing, and collectively coming up with new ways to directly fix the problems at hand.
It's genuinely a leaderless (or leaderful) movement, decentralized in a way that the state is absolutely unequipped to handle. There are a few basic skills involved, and so people teach each other those skills, and people are collectively refining them.

“This isn't just a one off. What I want it to be is something that delivers a blow and shows how serious we are, and provides some lessons for us learning in terms of building the movement, but also provides some ideas about how to take the next step,” CWA Local 7520 President says.
Minneapolis CWA Prez talks about how they built momentum for the General Strike.

Mobilizing non-union workers & small-business supporters to shut down the city through community & online tactics involves tactics unions normally don't use.

Just a suggestion, but if you are trying to change things focused on politicians and figureheads, then focus on your local city and county.
But do non electoral organizing
