I have worked on just about every kind of race from dogcatcher to US Senate.
None of them hit me half as hard as watching Woodland Park take back its school district last night. I have never seen so many tears shed at a victorious election night party, as folks realized the nightmare was over.

After much chaos and a few threats of lawsuits directed at me, the board caved on its plan to approve the 30-year lease. It’s unclear if they have enough time left in their term to force it through.
One board member accidentally mentioned plans for a secret Monday meeting last night.
