This is your regular reminder that luteolin has been found to be more effective at stabilizing mast cells than cromolyn and if you're "allergic to everything" after a bout of COVID, it might be something to try. It's a flavonol and has promising research into it.

These findings support the use of luteolin, especially in liposomal form to increase oral absorption, may be a useful alternative to cromolyn.
