The United States Military Academy has just eliminated all Cadet clubs and activities for POC. Most of these have existed for decades like the Society of Black Engineers. They were there when I was a Cadet in 1987. All of the religious ones remain. This isn’t DEI. It’s white Christian Nationalism.

OPM is planning to fire all employees on probation (less than one year of employment). Agencies have until noon on Wednesday to submit a list of probationary employees to the OPM and indicate whether they wish to retain them—though it has been stated that this will not make a difference.

The @nationalsecuritylaw.org OPM lawsuit that has been pending in the background got a boost today, when the plaintiffs were granted the ability to proceed under pseudonyms by Chief Judge James Boasberg. They have now filed a motion for a TRO, and the case was assigned to Judge Randolph Moss.
