I’m just passing time, lost in the great permanent diversion that is the internet. I never used Twitter so I am still figuring out what to throw out into this great void of strangers. Do I opt for existential dread or making light of silly things?

I am just going to keep posting that the TX governor recently pardoned a political murderer.

The dude texted "I'm going to shoot protestors", then went and shot a Black Lives Matter protester. He was convicted in a jury trial.

Hard to find a more blatant example of celebrating political violence.

A Travis County jury sentenced Perry to 25 years in prison last year, prompting Abbott to ask the state parole board to review his case.

This is exciting research, morning sickness can be so brutal! I hope it gets funded.
hi darth! I read about an incredible researcher who cracked the code to understanding morning sickness, and her followup studies couldn't get funded. I have no medical background but started a crowdfunding campaign and we've raised 750K of the 1.3m we need! fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/PregnancyR

I was wondering why Trump specifically limited his most recent request about Epstein files to the grand jury portion. Good to have an explanation.
Trump knows SDNY prosecutors seeking to indict Epstein and Maxwell didn’t ask questions about him in their grand jury presentations while he was POTUS. It’s a red herring to distract from the evidence that matters: witness interview notes, videos, photos, etc.

I am grateful we have Representative Crockett here in Texas. She doesn’t represent my district, but I appreciate seeing someone stand up for the transgender community in this state that is often so hostile. Too many lives have already been lost.
Today is Trans Day of Remembrance—a day honoring trans people who’ve died from anti-trans violence. Too often, their stories are erased.

I’m proud to be an original cosponsor designating Nov. 20th as Transgender Day of Remembrance & stands against violence. We won’t forget you.

I would like to speak up today for the trans community.

You see, I know a bit of what it’s like to be politically scapegoated. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941, suddenly anyone in America who had any amount of Japanese ancestry became suspect. Politicians preyed upon ignorance and fear. /1
