By the way this isn't an obscure act; it was the one used to justify the incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII, the one never overturned by the Supreme Court or US District Court, even when Fred Korematsu's case was appealed in the 1980s.
ICE can enter anyone’s home, and abduct and deport them to a foreign prison indefinitely because the DOJ says they can ignore the 4th, 5th and 15th amendments.

Look. Trump is weak. He's too weak to stand up to Putin, too weak to understand his own economic policy, too weak to ask a dictator for our prisoner back, too weak to know what his staff is doing, too wak to care. Trump is a weak, feeble, pathetic old man who should be removed immediately.
Easy to be flippant, but Trump going on the record to tell the media he is not in control of his govt and is being misinformed by advisors. Someone else is running the country.

Just in case anyone's curious:
1. My arresting officer was white,
2. Responding officers were male + white (minus one),
3. My ex is white.
@amandasmith.bsky.social knows this, but when I called the station and asked for DV arrest statistics, they asked me: "Are you trying to prove bias?"

Also, my roommate was a WOC and her ex was a white man. So I'm sure that had no impact on anything. 🙄
(She had her charges dropped the next morning; the judge was Not Amused that she'd also been arrested. The ex ended up taking a plea deal.)
