i wish i had a way to quiet the obsessive thoughts without giving in to the Not Healthy behaviors or ways to relieve it because i feel like i'm crawling out of my skin 😭i know it takes time and practice but i'm not there yet and i feel like i'm gonna puke almost all of the time
