A couple weeks at most and then I needed a higher dose. And now even that isn’t working. I’ll crash eventually and “catch up” on sleep but it’s just because my body can’t take the exhaustion anymore. I’m so tired bro I just wanna sleep. Maybe I need a new medication or something idk :((

I’m exhausted but I can’t sleep. It’s usually a precursor to a really bad episode but then I’m getting like two hours of sleep a night at most so even if I could stave off an episode, the not sleeping triggers it anyway. I take trazadone for it and that helped at first —
