I’ve been so inactive on social media and just kind of staying in a bubble with my friends lately. I’m on a disability leave from work and I’ve been utterly riddled with anxiety and another episode. I’ve just had to minimize the Things I’m doing in order to cope. eventually I won’t be so quiet here
