Conversion to the Festivus layout is nearly complete. Tomorrow, I'll finish the MegaTree and put up the MiniTrees. Then hopefully very little debugging to call it show-ready.

From Christmas 2024. When a visitor triggered the on-demand Christmas show, this was the intro video played before the show started. I used Meta.ai to create the elf, Elevenlabs for the text-to-speech voice, then animated with Hedra.
Not sure if I'll use it again this year or make something new.

Power supplies or pixels are getting weak with age. Had to add a lot of power injection that I haven't needed in the past. Also spent too much time trying to get the latest FPP to work. Gave up and went back to previous version.
