Colorado is going into special session today to re-balance the state budget after HR 1 blew a $1b hole in the current year budget. The state’s balanced budget took effect July 1, and on July 4th when HR 1 was signed, the state was plunged immediately back into a hole.

2) Make the state AG the sole enforcement entity.
3) Rely on the state's structural deficit to underfund the AG's Office and hamper the AG's ability to do *any* consumer protection.
