The Vermont Health Department has confirmed a case of measles in an adult in Washington County who became ill after traveling internationally.

State regulators have reached a settlement they say protects the future of Green River Reservoir State Park by allowing the hydroelectric dam there to keep operating.

As part of a new initiative called “802 Homes,” state officials are drafting 10 home designs that will be available for free to property owners and developers — and would get a fast-track through local permitting.
