Caligraphy pen and red and black Posca acrylic paint marker
Liara's abstract art. one black wavy line that gets longer in the middle of the page and smaller towards the corner crosses along diagonally thru the page. effectively splitting it in half, each side has two different types of line work and color and even pen type. the right side is done with a caligraphy pen and is very wavy and flows like the wind or water. the other is a thicker red style with more angles accompanying the curve of the lines. almost harsher in energy. the negative space is white and adds interesting depth to the picture.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.
