Matrix multiplication is not easy to understand.

Even looking at the definition used to make me sweat, let alone trying to comprehend the pattern. Yet, there is a stunningly simple explanation behind it.

Let's pull back the curtain!

They support fascist ideas;
They agree with historical fascism;
They join fascist demonstrations;
They believe in racist and supremacist ideas;

But no one wants to call them what they are.

It’s appalling that a former human rights lawyer is saying this nonsense. The level of misinformation coming from the Prime Minister is shocking - and no journalist will ever challenge it!! 🤬
The Home Office doesn't lose as many asylum & deportation cases as it does because of some supposed marginal differences between the application of Art 8 in UK courts and the ECtHR view, it loses so many cases because it's caseload has long been woefully mismanaged...

Starmer wants rethink on international law to tackle migration
The PM gives the clearest sign yet the government wants to reform how human rights laws are applied in immigration cases.

The real reason the Home Office keep losing cases.
Agreed. At @lawforchange.uk in 2 years we have funded 15 cases against the Home Office. 6 still pending. Of 9 resolved, 7.5 went in favour of applicants.

It’s not really “Human Rights” that trips them up, but rather their constant failures to follow their own procedures.

Quite. So many Labour people on this website visibly have no idea of just how bad things have got for ethnic minorities since they came on, and how their visible indifference lands.
Also frankly I am quite desperate! A party that’s at best ambivalent on the question of whether I’m English and wants to deport my friends is 9 points ahead in the polls and the current leader is floundering and visibly out of his depth!

In case it needs restating, autism isn't caused by Tylenol, or vaccines, or woke parents or whatever. It's not a disease, and it doesn't need curing. Eugenicists and fascists love to think of ways to eradicate us because they are unwilling to understand us. But we will outlive them.

i feel like labour saying "they can't do it to EU citizens" and not say anything reassuring about non-eu people on visas is not a thing to be chilling out about tbh. like ok cool, it "doesn't cover all foreign born nationals". what about the rest of them?
Labour says chill out, probs can’t happen

Yes, you can and should argue that Reform’s new policy would lead to an economic crash that could resemble a full-on depression, not just recession.

But you should also be able to straightforwardly say it’s *wrong*. Not that it should matter but: It’s not even bad politics to say that!

Over last few weeks I realised that the easiest way to be blocked by - self proclaimed - progressive types is talking about how pervasive white supremacy is. As a whole ‘whiteness’ will not want to be challenged in its ways and privileges. Even those who say ‘not me’ will react when challenged…

I find these two men (particularly these two)
telling us their approved version of parenting - deeply sinister.
I hope their christofascist, MAGA-flavoured manoeuvrings backfire so dramatically, in our secular, progressive country, that they rue the day they decided to tell us how to live our lives.
Nigel Farage:

"Children who have two stable parents have a better chance in life... The most stable relationships, the ones that last the longest, tend to be between men & women... There's an awful lot of kids in the country not getting the kind of start... they deserve."

There's no excuse of ignorance any more. Every single person on that fascist march knew who Tommy Robinson was and every single one of them knew why they were there.

This isn't Brexit. People weren't conned. They willingly went out to join in, led by a five times jailed thug. Stop making excuses.

Republicans, in earlier eras, would have absolutely lost their collective sh*t if another country had the temerity to try & tell us how to run our own domestic courts & sought to impose international penalties on us for doing that.

Brazil also just sentenced a 4-star general to 26 years. It is hard to emphasise how relevant that is in terms of South America, particularly considering the US-sponsored dictatorships from the 60s and 70s. The sentence was also given by a civil court!
