David Bowie & I (Reeves Gabrels) started writing 'Seven' together in late summer, 1998. Different versions appear in the soundtrack of video game Omikron: The Nomad Soul and on DB's album Hours (which we co-produced), plus a single release & varied remixes. I didn't play this live tour performance.

David Bowie - Seven

“I forgot what my father said
I forgot what he said
I forgot what my mother said
As we lay upon your bed
A city full of flowers
A city full of rain
I got seven days to live my life
Or seven ways to die”

ICE's deportation of a student on a Thanksgiving visit—against a court order—was part of a sweeping, secret program to deport people before they can fight back.
TSA is forwarding names, photos, and flight info to ICE

This is Charles Clyde Ebbets, the photographer who took the iconic “Lunch atop a Skyscraper” picture. Look at this fearless, dapper fuck wearing spats, suspenders, and a tie 850 feet above the ground. Absolute legend.
Here he is taking the photo.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service
