One of my friends took a stained glass class and made me this beautiful pink heart! I made a strand of beads to hang it from. I have always wanted to use that pink jade bead from my dad!

A recent oil on canvas painted in my garden size 61cmX86cm "Two women at a garden table". It was one of my entries to the Cambridge Drawing Society 2024. Needs to be a bit more subtle in its tone I think looking back on it.

Gives me a bit of a shock looking back on this one. While I'm quite pleased with it I think it lacks subtlety and goes too much for the high colour key. A little more restraint required for this year with more carefully modulated tones and lest finicky detail.
