Zach's concern is so weird. Stella's stated goal in life is to run a family farm. By definition, she's going to end up somewhere permanently. Farmers don't just go from farm to farm forever. So many reasons to absolutely hate this marriage, but that ain't one of them. #TheArchers

It's not much of a feat to be a #WinterSurvivor in the San Francisco Bay Area, the #Birding theme set by @alan678.bsky.social today. However, I will never turn down an opportunity share a beautiful photo of a Green Heron, a year-round resident on Corte Madera Creek #Marin #California. 🪶

🫧 Bubble trouble, 17th-century style

This tiny painting is packed with detail: ruffles, ribbons, curls and those shiny soap bubbles.

This may look innocent, but the message runs deep: life is as fragile as a bubble, ready to burst at any moment.

Just a bit of fun copying this masters. This is after a painting called Senecia by Paul Klée (1922). #Watercolor and #ColoredPencil #ArtYear #Sketchbook

Long calls with my dad are now a daily thing since he went to rehab for his hip. This has been good for my sketchbook output. Luckily I had a beautiful vase full of peonies on the desk to paint for today's session. #Watercolor #ArtYear

I enjoy services at my synagogue but it's meditative for me, not social. I'm in an awkward age cohort there & it's hard to make friends. But I've been reciting mourner's kaddish since my mom died, & someone in charge noticed and delivered me a sympathy challah! A nice gesture. #JewsOfBluesky 🥰

🪶 NYTimes correction of the day of interest to birders, from an article about the new "Birds" exhibit at the @mauritshuis.bsky.social museum in The Hague:

"A correction was made on Feb. 12, 2026: An earlier version of this article misidentified a bird species. It is the junco, not the junker." 😂

I always knew Charles was a cad and a bounder, but I did not expect him to be so deeply implicated in the Epstein scandal.
King Charles helped Andrew buy Virginia Giuffre’s ‘silence’: report
Before Charles became king, he reportedly helped the late queen loan Andrew $16 million to settle a lawsuit with Guiffre.

People, stop overcomplicating things! Brian admitted to the crime but he did not actually commit it -- he did not know the detail about using George's phone to call the ambulance. He is covering for someone, most likely Ruairi, who he has been particularly short with lately. #TheArchers

Why is there so much confusion?. Lillian answers the door and in Lillian's voice says "What do you want?" Then George says "Lillian, can I come in?" Obviously it's Lillian. Maybe the broadcast version was somehow different from the podcast? #TheArchers

The thing about a mobile hairdressing unit, is I believe the primary customers will be elderly women. NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT I say advisedly as an elderly woman myself. But I think Tracy would enjoy the variety and creativity of a salon in a town with a more diverse customer base. #TheArchers

This is fascinating. Speaking as a now-retired contracts negotiator, it is *insane* the amount of a work that was done without a contract in place.
