This was my thought. He was embarrassed how it was going. He wasn’t treated how he thought he should be, so he went home on VERY IMPORTANT business.
Last night was a good example of how CNN fails stridently when covering Trump. They breathlessly accepted his narrative that he was leaving G7 because of some pending attack on Tehran. He was leaving because he’s lazy and got embarrassed. His ‘evacuate’ post was him being an ass.

Democratic elected officials should be out leading protests against Trump's authoritarianism. They need to start acting like our freedom, lives, and way of life is on the line. They are.
Right now, Dems are hiding in their offices, scrolling their phones fearfully, wondering "how are voters going to feel about the National Guard being deployed?"

One of the reasons I think “defund the police” is a great slogan is that you get to repeatedly tell people that studies show that police don’t actually solve murders, and in fact one-third of stranger-murders are committed by police.

If you think suspending Habeas Corpus "just for undocumented immigrants" is acceptable, remember that there would be NO HEARINGS and NO LEGAL RECOURSE for ANYONE detained in this way
