#ICYMI from team eDyNAmiC: SPACE-seq!
Howard Chang's group at @stanfordmedicine.bsky.social published a new method in @pnas.org allowing spatial multi-omics and lineage tracing, coupled with detection of ecDNA copy number. The team went on to show the utility of SPACE-seq in glioblastoma.

Last week, Regina Barzilay's group @mit.edu released Boltz-2.

With accuracy rivalling AlphaFold3, the updated model can now predict small molecule-protein binding affinity.

Crucially, Boltz-2 is open source.
