OK, so I need someone with legal knowledge to weigh in here: Surely there is enough people unlawfully "detained" by ICE to form a "class" -- as in "class action" -- so why hasn't an enterprising attorney done so?
With no compensation for mental suffering or lost work pay or trauma on families.
Trump's DOJ confirmed 97.4% of people ICE has been arresting in Chicago have no criminal record whatsoever.
The state is using its power to terrorize a community. Worst of all, Chicago is not an isolated example and these abuses are not stopping at U.S. borders.

I don’t know what kind of leftist ideology they teach in engineering classes in Utah, but I was a women’s studies major at UC Santa Cruz and read Marx and took classes from Angela Davis and Bettina Aptheker, and I’ve never killed anyone.
