Exactly what I was thinking might happen. Their anti-trans animus is infecting other cases. Trump is biting off too much too fast.

My hope is that all of this factors into some of the fence-sitting justices on SCOTUS for big upcoming cases.

Sylvia Rivera was a fierce advocate and fighter for transgender and gay rights, especially for trans people of color.

At a time when our government is trying to erase trans and queer people, it’s critical we celebrate our history, honor Sylvia’s legacy, and fight like hell for our rights.

Public comment is now open for passport gender marker changes.

You can go here to go to each of the three proposed passport rules, and submit comment.

My suggestion: be unique, argue for trans-inclusive policies, against the constitutionality of the changes, etc.

Incredible news! More hospitals have returned to offering gender affirming care after Trump's executive order was blocked.

Moments after publishing our story on hospitals returning, Childrens National DC announced a return to care.

And JUST now, Colorado Children's is back to giving care!

Congrats Montana 🥳
Major news! A court in Montana has just declared SB458, a bill that "defines sex" in a way that ends the legal recognition of transgender people in Montana, as facially unconstitutional.

This is the first time a bill defining sex has been ruled on!

Huge win for trans people in MT!

digital safety is important 🔍
Safety extends beyond the physical - our online footprint can be just as important. As more online platforms revise their online hate policy, LGBT people are now more open to abuse.
