Please let's not oversimplify the attacks on DEI as "racism." It's also misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia & ableism. Diversity goes beyond race. If you're not white, cis, hetero, Judeo-Christian, conservative, physically able & neurotypical, you're in their crosshairs. 🚫
