A regular reminder that cops have been doing exactly this to Black Americans for far longer than our cellphone culture has been reporting it.

If we want the nation in which we live to be different, we must organize, rise up, and make it so.

With *diverse tactics* including big strikes and more.

One thing under covered about the Cities Church protest is that one of the founders of the church is Joe Rigney - now Doug Wilson's righthand man. So, the pastor of the church is ICE; & the founder is one of Hegseth's clergy in DC.

My org can’t bring people here, put on events, or do the community engagement we want to do without your help.

It’s a tough climate for a small, anti-authoritarian nonprofit with no big donor backing. Consider helping us today!

I know some of you here right now are also still on X. This isn’t the time to get defensive. It’s not the time to feel attacked. Just get off! It’s never too late.

We existed before Twitter and before X and will continue after it has been abandoned to the rapists and racists it’s now built for.

In case you ever need to know: the best way to clear pepper spray from eyes and air passages is with water, not milk. Water, and lots of it.

Today we remember Michelle Go, whose life was tragically taken in an unprovoked subway attack 4 years ago.

Her memory compels us to fix our broken mental health infrastructure & support those in crisis who too often go untreated. My bipartisan Michelle Go Act serves to honor her & close those gaps.

🚌 To the Capitol we go!

Our members woke up at 4 AM today to fight for the rights of immigrant families across NY by urging Albany legislators to pass the New York for All act.

#NY4All is the best defense our communities have against the federal deportation agenda. Time to pass it. ✊

If you like the writing I do, know that the same spirit and analysis animates my org. We think we’ve got a lot to offer in the fight for democracy. Please consider supporting us today.
2026 is the year we level up The Pulaski Institution in our mission to promote democracy in the heartlands.

I’m so proud of what we’ve done so far on an almost non-existent budget, and I know we have a unique vision that is more relevant than ever.

Won’t you join us?

We won’t ignore the violence Iran’s government is waging against its own people. Dozens have already been killed.

I stand with the Iranian people in their fight for democracy.

Here’s some things that can be done by a party out of power

- file impeachment articles every day in the House

- withhold unanimous consent in the senate and filibuster every nominee

- be everywhere with comms saying this is lawless and impeachable

Guys, with understanding that everyone is angry right now, I am honestly going to start blocking people who say things like, "Who cares? The law doesn't matter anymore," or "They can do whatever they want, they can't be stopped" etc. I mean, if you really feel that way, you're a part of the problem.
