There are 53,000 or more Medicaid enrollees living in each congressional district. In each congressional district, there are at least: 3,500 Medicaid enrollees ages 65 and older, 2,000 enrollees eligible because of a disability, and 7,400 child enrollees. www.kff.org/medicaid/iss...

KFF’s new interactive maps illustrate how many people are enrolled in Medicaid, including eligibility groups and the percentage enrolled, for each congressional district.

We need to ask officials about what will happen if the US defaults on the American people by neglecting to maintain a vital line of access to the social security disability system, and threatening to end disability payments as they clearly are. Musk called it a ponzi scheme, but we depend on it.

Dear Democrats,

Last night millions of Americans learned Trump has given President Musk access to not only our social security numbers but all of our banking information through the IRS.

I’m going to need to hear a plan of what you’re doing about this and how we can help.

They’re going to cut $880 billion from Medicaid-so they can give tax cuts to the rich

They’re gutting the CDC staff which protects us from an epidemic

And they’re slashing funds for cancer research

Thousands of people are going to die

NOBODY voted for this

Hands off my Medicaid

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too.

EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them.

NEW: My office is hearing that DOGE is now at the IRS. That means Musk's henchmen are in a position to dig through a trove of data about every taxpayer in America. And if your refund is delayed, they could very well be the reason.

Folks, this is huge news in our household.

Trump posts ‘America First’ on drug prices—guess he forgot he rolled back Biden’s lower prices last week. Last time he tried to take on Big Pharma, they didn’t even show up. Funny how ‘tough on corporations’ never applies to the ones actually robbing people.

Basically, all of Kash Patel's hearing was like this:

Dem Sen: You said on the "Tightest Whitie Podcast," quote, 'I'm going to use the FBI to hunt down Trump's enemies, period, full stop, it's as simple as that, no more, no less." Is that your intent?

Patel: That was taken out of context.

Hey Minnesota, Michigan, New York & neighbors—take a minute today to check your freeze & power outage kits. If Trump’s tariffs hit & Canada pulls the plug, you don’t want to be caught unprepared. Extra batteries, blankets, food, & a backup plan could make all the difference. #StayReady

just start saying this plainly to more people

i'm serious.
The constitution quite clearly gives Congress the power of the purse, a power the Executive branch is pretending it now has.

Or did you not pay attention at all in school?

The Hegseth confirmation shows that Republican lawmakers have put party over country. They should be ashamed, but I doubt if they are.
