I was in South Africa for a few months during the apartheid era. Seeing the Epstein files pages and pages of blacked out adapted information reminds me of the censorship by that regime. Buying a Thyme magazine with pages in black I fear for my country.

I haven’t seen anyone talk about how Jane Doe - an Epstein survivor - just sued the Bank of New York Mellon for funding Epstein and failing to file a Suspicious Activity Report. A Mellon heir is the one who gave $130M to pay the troops. Seems bribey to me.

Evidently SCOTUS thinks suspending parts of the Constitution is fine, as long as the rights being suspended apply to brown people or people with accents or people that an ICE agent thinks don’t look “right”, or have differing political opinions or ….
