The U.S. has more than 128 major military bases in 55 countries around the world and a trillion-dollar military budget. Trump could work on reducing those instead of using them against Americans if he really wants to save money for the nation.

I must be missing something obvious to others in the Nancy Guthrie case. Why couldn't she have been taken to Mexico, 70 miles away? There must be other crossing points, unmanned or even unfamiliar to Border Patrol that natives of the area know about. No one in this case ever mentioned Mexico?

Years of war changes perspectives. He knows a pause in place will benefit Russia the most. But he needs time to rebuild Ukraine too. So much devastation to repair.

I thought the first two impeachment trials of DJT were good, but you're right. This time, he needs to be treated like a criminal defendant. His abuses are real crimes. But when are Republican Senators going to get a backbone? Trouble is they like what he's doing or they have already removed him.
I think we are going to have a Democratic-controlled Senate.
And all we will need for the leadership of that Democratic Senate to do is hold actual, real, impeachment trials.
As the Constitution requires.
Not the bullshit fake trials like the ones that the Senate held in 2020 and 2021...

Seriously--who do Republicans think are more likely to have passports? Dem voters or MAGA voters? Does MAGA think that naturalized citizens aren't going to know exactly where their proof of citizenship is? I believe Dems will have enough delegates elected to win the House, without winning any of the sites Trump's targeted with ICE at the poles. It will be a test "does America still has empathy for the lives of the less fortunate, or are more like Trump now, concerned only with their own pleasures.
