Ignore the media headlines reporting that freezing federal spending or shuttering federal agencies “raise questions” or “push boundaries.” It’s an anticonstitutional lawbreaking spree.

The transcript and footage of the CBS 60 minutes interview provide no evidence of an FCC rule violation.

I see no reason to continue pursuing this investigation.

The FCC should now move to dismiss this fishing expedition to avoid further politicizing our enforcement actions

Absolutely!

And look how Brendan Carr, FCC Head, is targeting

This is important! If you have not yet called your senator to OPPOSE Russ Voight’s nomination, the time is right now, especially if you are in a Red state. Vought is the architect of #TrumpsProject2025. 202-224-3121
35+ Dems plan to hold the Senate floor all night to oppose the confirmation of Musk-Trump funding freeze architect Russ Vought. THIS is how we fight back while in the minority.

Gender affirming care is the standard of care, according to all major medical associations.

If individuals cannot make private health care decisions for themselves, then this isn’t America anymore.

This is bad!

Right NOW —>

Tell Mainers to flood Collins lines demanding No vote on Project 2025 author and OMB nominee, Russ Vought.

A yes is literally voting to give:

1-Congress’ control of setting the budget to executive.

2-An “all clear” to lunatic “Christian” nationalists.

All true. Even were it not, one could argue that, given the authority Musk is exercising, and his lack of accountability to anyone (other than perhaps Trump), he is serving as a principal executive officer under the Appointments Clause, and is acting unlawfully unless confirmed by the Senate.
What this long and detailed NYT piece calmly calls an “extraordinary flexing of power by a private individual” is in fact a blatantly unconstitutional usurpation of Congress’s Article I powers and delegation of the President’s Article II duties.

Not sure how to put it more clearly:

Vought is the coup.
Everyone who votes for Vought is doing a coup.
The Senate voted to advance Project 2025 architect Russell Vought as OMB director.

Vought has been quite clear that his intent is to dismantle the federal government.

Every Democrat voted NO, except for Fetterman who was absent.
