I found the judge's opinion. I found the judge's opinion. You can see the judge's reasoning for believing he *did* sign the document, FWIW, but to me even if he did sign it it wasn't done fully knowingly/thoughtfully under these circumstances. (And the Court explains why it believes there never should have been a bond hearing.)
