This is where WM has taken the UK, SNP have tried and managed to mitigate a lot of the WM gov policies and thats with 1 hand tied behind their backs. No gov is perfect but some do a lot better than others.SNP are doing a lot better on every tight budget. Just imagine if that restriction was gone.
