해시태그를 붙이면 직접적으로 노출을 줄인다는 내용은 발견하지 못했지만 해쉬태그가 여러개일 경우에는 스팸으로 취급될 가능성이 높아져 직접적으로 패널티를 주는 코드는 명확하게 있다요

그리고 코드에 참고할만한 요소들이 있으니 한번 보면 좋다요 예를 들어서 트윗에 텍스트가 없는 경우나 URL만 있을 경우에는 감점요소다요
