Don’t give up. It can be exhausting and brutal, but we must have hope that our democracy will survive. It isn’t about a political party. We don’t need to promote violence, but we must be persistent. Together we can win.

This pardon CANNOT include those charged under state law, thank God. @azagmayes.bsky.social is more important than ever in holding these felons to account!

There are many different emotions and viewpoints after the Senate vote yesterday. It’s difficult to watch others suffer at the hands of of a narcissistic regime, but it’s also dangerous not to stand strong in these times. One thing is certain, change is needed.

Senate Democrats walked away empty-handed, and don’t let anyone tell you different.

Tim Kaine and the others bought the lie that Republicans would negotiate on extending the ACA subsidies. They won’t.

Dems got played, Schumer failed to keep his caucus together, and the American people got nothing.

There’s still another 60-vote hurdle, amendments, AND then the House.

Stay loud.”

1. I hope you’re not having a “wonderful” day. I hope you are seething…the red hot kind of seething.

2. I hope you choose to channel that into constructive action; the kind that puts a great deal of distance between you…and thoughts of “what’s the use?!”

The anti-vax movement has been immune to appeals for community health since its inception.

That’s why the U.S. has laws around childhood vaccines for school entry. We must do everything we can to prevent further slippage.

We’re going to lose our measles elimination status just as Canada has.

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.
