NOAA is one of the agencies targeted in Project 2025. It produces global public goods on climate and for early warning systems. It faces a crisis under the next orange administration.
Today from NOAA:
“The January–October global surface temperature ranked warmest in the 175-year record at 1.28°C (2.30°F) above the 1901-2000 average… it is practically certain that 2024 will rank as the warmest year on record.”
