Not ICE, but CBP.
ICE is terrible, but CBP is orders of magnitude worse. In many ways, abolishing or radically overhauling CBP is of greater urgency than ICE, but likely tougher to do.
One can argue that ~all of ICE's duties can be reallocated. Harder to say that with CBP.

I clocked Attia as a snake oil hack over a decade ago after initially finding him reputable, if flawed but I remember checking in on his pod after covid and he justified moving to TX from CA because of...lockdown/masking/vax mandates. That was bad enough but jeezus.

The part about how the streets in the Beaches have at best gotten one pass is pretty consistent with my experience (same thing last Feb). I'm just hoofing it for now down to Queen and my city bike is staying inside. Which is not unpleasant! We will ride again soon...
