Here's one office Dems could flip on Tuesday.

(No, it's not in TN!)

The Republican mayor of Roswell, a Georgia city of 90K, finished just one percentage point ahead of his Dem challenger on November 4. The runoff is in a few days.

1. On Tuesday Night, Democrats won elections nationwide in a stunning rebuke of anti-transgender politics.

From Virginia to New Jersey to New York and beyond, anti-trans candidates fell left and right after spending tons of time and money campaigning on hate.

I’ve seen just one counter-protester at No Kings San Diego. He’s got a Trump 2024 flag and this guy has been following him around for probably an hour playing Benny Hill and circus music.

Tonight's Georgia special got a huge amount of attention, though it was in quite a red district (Trump +33%). GOP retained it, though it shifted by 10% since 2024.

But did you know there are 2 STATEWIDE races in Georgia, in 6 weeks?

If Dems manage to replicate that sort of swing, that's 2 flips.

Discovering computer as an adult makes you go crazy. Discovering computer as a baby makes you go crazy. In all of human history, there will only ever be one generation to discover computer at the correct age: 13
The problem with every post-Millennial generation is they got to go straight to high speed internet. Of course you'll get computer madness that way. Make them start with those old screeching modems and work their way up

Glad to see the CBS Logo which means the media is reporting on it. Let's see who ducks and dodges these uncomfortable facts for their Republican bosses

Melissa Hortman, who was assassinated last night, was the Speaker of the Minnesota House in the 2023-2024 session, when Democrats ran the state government.

That means she had a leading role in shepherding the many landmark reforms that Dems adopted in that period—an important legacy. Brief 🧵.

Elon's involvement in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race cost his candidate around 5% of the vote--even though he spent $25 million dollars on his behalf.

Elon's endorsee ran 5 points behind the other statewide Republican candidate. That's an unbelievably negative return on investment.
