I feel like people need a reminder that "feeling bad" and doom scrolling are not activism or even remotely helpful. You feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed with fear isn't actually doing shit to tackle systemic issues but your brain & some particularly cruel people WILL try and convince you it is.
