PSA: OBS has a built-in captions feature. DO NOT USE IT.
It is so bad as to be completely and utterly unintelligible.
You should check if you have the "Experimental" captions on and turn them off.
This can happen by accident when setting things back up, etc.
Set up the more modern captions instead.
