Based on the reporting, it seems there were Minneapolis police in the vicinity when this ICE agent killed her. How is it not standard operating procedure to take the shooter into custody?

Regardless of who you are or what agency you work for, if you shoot or kill people in Minneapolis you need to be arrested immediately and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Full stop.

Just like democrats could choose to talk about the terror of even 1 person being disappeared by thus regime, they could choose to talk about the horror of even 1 of these deaths. Normal, average people do not like random & meaningless pain.
