I think we’ve all been there. This definitely rings true to my own experiences, although when it reaches the point of utter frustration and is important enough, I tend to file a consumer complaint with the state attorney general. That usually fixes it pretty quickly.

Good story. It’s well written and worth a read.
Sitting here on day five after knee replacement surgery. It’s not so much about pain. It hasn’t ever hurt as much as I was told to expect. It’s watching things pile up around me that I can’t deal with. I can’t expect my daughter to deal with them either. She’s taking care of two sick cats and me.
