This goes for job listings as well: if you are looking for "professional artist with x years experience" and then you list MJ/Op*nAI etc as a list of desired "skills", I promise you that venn diagram is two circles light years apart and the pros you want have already written off your entire company.
As a corollary to this: there are a lot of artists who will black-list you from BUYING art if you have AI slop in your profile. Seeing AI is an instant, immediate red flag for most artists because it's a signal that you do not respect artists (yes, that includes using it "until I can get real art").
Just so you know...
Art directors, Art enjoyers, Art buyers and Artists talk with each other. Nobody wants AI slop, specially when there is real art out there as an alternative. You can totally get blacklisted, not only on the industry, but inside fandoms for defending AI precarization and theft.

Okay, this causes me physical pain to say, but RFK is (for once) not actually being a total weirdo here. He’s a guest of the Nez Perce at a fish hatchery. The Pacific lamprey and the salmon are culturally important to the Nez Perce people, and they are lobbying to remove dams from the Snake River.

Beyond the ethical and quality concerns, why would you want to cut voice actors out of your process? They’re the hot people with media training and a camera presence. You need a Laura Bailey or Neil Newbon out there to do panels or it’s just a bunch of sweaty devs in t shirts and blazers
