If you struggle with wrist issues, carpel tunnel, RSI, or want preciosion granular control with moving (which WASD doesn't give). This IMO is a great setup.
You get the advantage of stick movements, inputs at finger tips, mouse aiming, and healthy wrist position.

So tried on fortnite. Honestly, not bad. Need to relearn muscle memory and what button is mapped, but much easier on the wrist and fluid than WASD I think.
