Call US Senators and tell them to vote against the SAVE Act. It has already passed the US House. In its current form, it means that 100 years after women earned the right to vote, we are facing down the implementation of a 21st century poll tax for women.

I'm so encouraged to see how many people are as disgusted by this as I am.

Sometimes you just need to be reminded that you're not alone.

Keep fighting, good people!

Used to be so easy to live, study, work, travel, retire in the EU.
Now it's much more difficult, & for some, completely impossible, thanks to Brexit.
We have stolen a wealth of opportunities, benefits & rights from all but the wealthy.
Just plain wrong.

The Dublin Agreement was a huge deterrent. People knew if they arrived in UK & had claimed elsewhere, approved or denied, they would immediately be returned. Now that data sharing is no longer an automatic right. The UK lost access to several shared mechanisms when it left the EU

"First they came for..."

If reform get into power the UK will turn fascist as quickly as the US did after Jan 25.

One thing I've come to realise is that fascists are a potent mix of pathetic, angry little men with a desire for vengeance, and wealthy chancers out for all they can get.

Terrifying.
Seems Lee was awake until 4am because a university society said something he didn’t like.

‘Ban anyone that opposes Reform UK’ is his and @ZiaYusufUK’s message.

The UK cannot afford more political instability. We must stop the Downing street revolving door.

I'm not a Starmer fan but I do like the moderate, sensible approach he shows at times. Now free of McSweeney's reform obsession, this is the chance for a renewal of the govt.'s purpose and strategy.

Running water.
And suddenly the whole world feels kinder.
