No, he isn’t. There is literally no legal means by which he can do this. It’s not presidential power. TPS by law cannot be terminated early, and Somali TPS is not set to expire until March 17, 2026.

Eijirou’s inner Alpha had been unsettled all day, and hearing his mate was in trouble was like a shot of adrenaline directly in his veins. He rushed there as fast as he could, running as fast as he could. He’d just felt off all day, he’d been worried about his husband for no real reason and now he felt entirely validated in his paranoia. He reached 7th street at record speed and his heart broke when he did. The reporters had seemingly been pushed back, the police holding them there. There were a series of small fires in the city square. Tetsutetsu was on his knees, his Quirk active as he was in front of Katsuki. Katsuki himself was on the ground, curled up in a ball, sobbing. Eijirou stepped forwards, but he was immediately stopped by the police. “Sir, this is a secured scene,” the officer said. “That’s my mate,” Eijirou said. The nearby media gasped and began talking amongst themselves but Eijirou didn’t care. He pushed past the police and went towards Katsuki. “Be careful, man,” Tetsutetsu said. “He doesn’t recognise me.” “He’s my Omega, he’ll know me,” Eijirou said. He walked towards Katsuki, who let out a low growl. His palms crackled and explosions sparked across his skin. Eijirou chirruped at him, making Katsuki’s growl cut off abruptly. “Katsuki,” Eijirou said. “Eiji?” Katsuki whispered. “It’s me, Kat, it’s me,” Eijirou said. “Alpha.”

Well, I'm very proud to say I chased ICE for four blocks, and got hit by a car! ( Nudged, nudged by a car. I am perfectly fine.) My throat hurts from screaming GET THE FUCK OUT OF OUR TOWN!

There was mob here in St. Paul of 100 people screaming at them, filming them, and chasing them down.

But there was a curl of spicy lust in his scent, beneath smokey anger and confusion. Eijirou rolled them, crashing into the ottoman, and pinned Bakugou's hands to the face hardwood floor. "You like this," Eijirou mocked, "don't you?" Bakugou pressed his thigh between Eijirou's legs and--oh. Eijirou was completely hard. "So do you." Fuck. That was not part of his revenge/closure plan. Embarrassment swamped him. Before Bakugou could pick it up in his scent, Eijirou lunged forward and bit his throat again. "Fuck!" Bakugou arched between his legs, and the smell of desire thickened. Eijirou ground down on him in instinct. Pleasure shot hot up his spine.
