Started coming out at 14 after figuring it out for myself at 11/12 after seeing Tony and Simon on Eastenders (representation matters!).
41 now and I'd argue I've never really stopped coming out since - always new people, new jobs, all that good stuff.

Wife wants a joint account after 15 years, I don't. Nothing seedy, just don't want her finding out that every six months I take a day off from work without her knowing and have time to myself, go to the cinema have a pub lunch and chill. Keep me sane.

Had a good email from my MP, showing she understood the issues and her intention to hold the EHRC to account. She's not someone who's previously spoken on trans rights so this is a change.
Reach out to your MPs folks, hold them to account. Remind them queer folk vote. It makes a difference.
