my question is: why isn’t there a countervailing “yes” campaign? i get gavin is out there making the case but there should be PACs doing mailers and such! the entire party should be investing in it! popular pols should visit the state to tout it!!!
There's an aggressive No campaign going on. I'm getting mailers every single day warning me how dangerous it is

Apparently there's already an aggressive campaign in California to vote "NO" on redistricting, and Dems are doing nothing on the other side. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE NOW. Californians voted to end partisan gerrymandering for very good reasons, but right now it's Dem suicide to insist on keeping it.
The best motivator they've got here is that if Republicans keep the House they're not going to certify the next election if a Democrat wins. They should be hammering that point.

The most impressive thing about this campaign is how *creative* they are. They’re trying new stuff! Multiple times during the last few months I’ve thought “wow, I’ve never seen a campaign do that.” Much more of that needed everywhere.

Why can’t a single American journalist do this?
Trump has repeatedly claimed he’s ended numerous wars — he’s now increased the number to ten! — and he’ll surely do it again.
