what's interesting is that while what Highmark did in this case is unconscionable...the doctor doing the reviews has a very balanced approach. Even if we went single payer, there would still be the need for oversight

I will say again that I wonder if they really even want to catch the shooter, knowing how the actual facts around his identity very well might interfere with that narrative
The right doesn’t need to know the identity of Kirk’s assassin to blame the left.
